This page is dedicated to informing you of all the magical parties and events we will be hosting or taking part in, raising money for our chosen charity for the year Macmillan Cancer Support.
April 26th 2008 – The Open Party: Celebrating People’s support for Macmillan and the launch of our new Spring/Summer collection.
The party, with fizzy and fairy cakes, will take place in store on Saturday 26th April from 10am until 5:30pm. The following activities are just two of the ways in which you will be able to make a contribution at the party;
- Enter the prize draw with a chance win a luxury People goody bag worth over £100.
- Come along wearing your favourite People outfit and have your photo taken by well-known Midland’s photographer, Emily Quinton.
All proceeds collected on the day will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support and we will announce how much we raise on this page.
You will also be able to take a look at the new Spring/Summer collection.
"Saturday saw the first of a yearlong event hosted by People, and we are proud to
announce that we raised £430 with the help of all our existing and new customers. We
would like to thank all those who attended and those who have shown an interest in what
we are trying to achieve.
